What this policy covers
This policy applies to information collected through:
- The Infinite Edge website at infiniteedge.com.au
- Forms on the website (contact, newsletter signup, self-assessment)

- Engagement in our services (Discovery Calls, AI Roadmap engagements, Build, Annual Partnership)
It does not cover third-party websites we link to. Those have their own privacy policies, and we have no control over how they collect or handle your information.
Personal information we collect
When you use our website or engage with our services, we may collect:

- Business context - industry, team size, role within the business, the operational problems you’re working through
- Newsletter subscription data - email address and signup source (footer, blog post, insights page)
- Self-assessment responses - your answers to the framework self-assessment (collected via ScoreApp)
- Discovery Call enquiries - the specific problem you bring to a session
- Technical information - IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring website, time on site
- Cookies and tracking data - anonymous analytics about how the website is used
We do not collect sensitive information (health data, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, political opinions) through the website.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Our services are intended for business users.

- Send the AI Edge Weekly newsletter (only if you’ve subscribed)
- Schedule and conduct Discovery Calls, Mapping Calls, and AI Roadmap engagements

- Comply with our legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Third-party services we use
To run our website and deliver our services, we use a number of third-party tools. These tools may process your personal information on our behalf:
- Google Analytics 4 - anonymous website usage analytics. You can opt out via Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
- Cloudflare - website hosting, performance, and security. Cloudflare Web Analytics is privacy-friendly and does not use tracking cookies.
- Cloudflare Turnstile - bot protection on forms. This replaces traditional CAPTCHA without tracking users.
- GoHighLevel (GHL) - our CRM and email marketing platform. Newsletter subscribers and contact form submissions are stored here.
- Resend - transactional email delivery for contact form responses.
- ScoreApp - hosts the framework self-assessment.
- Microsoft Bookings - schedules Discovery Calls and Mapping Calls.
Each of these providers has their own privacy policy. By using our website and services, you’re consenting to your information being processed by these providers as needed to deliver what you’ve asked for.
Where personal information is transferred outside Australia (for example, when servers are located overseas), we take reasonable steps to ensure that information is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.

We store personal information on secure servers managed by Cloudflare and GoHighLevel. Both providers maintain industry-standard security including encryption in transit and at rest.

- Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements
Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every newsletter. Once unsubscribed, your email is removed from our active list.
Client records are retained for seven years after the end of an engagement, in line with Australian record-keeping requirements.
If you’d like your personal information deleted, contact us at privacy@infiniteedge.com.au. We’ll delete what we can, while retaining anything we’re legally required to keep.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that’s inaccurate, out of date, or incomplete
- Request deletion of information we no longer need
- Object to certain uses of your information
- Complain about how we handle your information

We may update this policy from time to time as our services or applicable laws change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects when the policy was last changed.
We won’t make changes that retrospectively reduce the protections that applied when you provided your information.
